Despite our misadventure of the day before, looking for Pinguicula dertosensis, our fieldtrip was only at its beggining.

The following day, we leaved to meet another butterwort: Pinguicula mundi Blanca, Jamilena, Ruiz Rejon & Reg. Zamora. This spanish endemic is known only from two localities. Its name comes from the Rio Mundo, a castillan river where it was described. So that we decided to explore those gorges to find some more sites, between some gorgeous landscapes:




This day was full of beautiful plants and numerous orchids that I will post pictures in another threat.

Finally, none new site was descovered. And we reached the location of the description of this species, that is also a really beautiful place:

Although the main interest is Pinguicula mundi, they are some very great landscape to see from its type location:
