Hi and thank you!

Because it gets very cold in the UK I grow my plants in glasshouses.

I have a collection of around 200 orchids, mainly miniatures most of which are from the pleurothallis genus.
A big collection of bromeliads, mainly Neoregelia.
Lots of epiphitic plants.

Carnivorous plants,

I am most passionate about Utricularia! I have made big natural beds to grow them.
I all so really enjoy that plants that grow close to utricularia, lots of the little Drosera.

I have had to give up all these plants! I am VERY SAD!

But I hope I can start to grow plants again when I live in Rio Branco.

It would be really great if there are any people from there that could talk to me.

You live in Rio Branco, Acre? I do not know if we have any user that location.

But we have some knowledgeable of orchids and also utricularias. It would be
great if you could show us the plants that live in this region.

I do not live in Rio Branco yet. I will move there in January.

I would be very happy to contribute information and photo's of the plants for the area when I am there. "In situ" is an area of the forums I really enjoy.

It would be a shame if there is no one living in the area.

Please could you tell me if there is a web forum like this for orchids??
